I founded "The Practice Calgary" with the goal of establishing a community for individuals in the healing and helping professions. My aim was to create a safe and uplifting environment that supports the health and well-being of those dedicated to assisting others-a place where individuals genuinely look forwardto coming to work. This mission is significant to me because authenticity is essential. While we are not required to lead flawless lives or be perfect, I believe we must embody the principles and values we advocate for others,
I chose the name "The Practice" because this community transcends to any single individual, encompasses various professions, and is not centered on a specific action for achieving health. The cornerstone of wellness is consistency, which necessitates ongoing practice.
