Conscious Breathwork (April weekly series)
Expand and deepen your breath practice through this dedicated 4-week series.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that enables access to less conscious aspects of the self. Not only the slower paced breath methods that can help reduce (& manage) stress, induce calm or create focus, other modes of breath offer therapeutic effects for longer term health and stress resilience.

- re-set restricted or unproductive breath patterns
- improve breathing through more effective use of breathing muscles, lungs and diaphragm
- stimulate the internal organs, supporting their health
- improve oxygenation of cells and energy flow
- increase elimination of toxins
- release latently stored and/or repressed experiences and emotions
- deepens connection to the less conscious / subconscious self
- increase awareness of the body-mind system
- invite access to wisdom, knowledge and experiences that may otherwise remain unknown
- induce deep relaxation, often a sense of release
-realize the potential to deeply transform one’s connection to life and relationships to self and other
With practice, breath methods can help us clear blocks, release energy, resolve old experiences and bring a greater sense of joy and balance into our lives. In this series you will learn some of the science behind breathwork, various breath techniques for specific outcomes, and explore the profound impact it can have on your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Through a combination of guided meditation, somatic / embodiment practices and breathwork, you will open up to a deeper level of relaxation and discover the power of your breath.
